The Causes Of Conflicts

The following text explain the cause of conflicts between Jesus and the Pharisees, Sadducees And Scribes.

Apostle Matthew: What were the causes of the conflicts between Jesus and the Pharisees, Sadducees and scribes?

Son of man,

Number 1: They said that Jesus was saying things that are greater than Himself – He was saying things that are far above the capability of an ordinary human being.

Number 2: He was saying things that are impossible to humanity.

Number 3: He was regarding Himself, sometimes, that He and God are the same.

It was all these things that caused crisis.

Number 4: Jesus was spiritually examining the Pharisees and Sadducees, and telling them, to their faces, the wrong things that they were doing. The Pharisees and Sadducees … were proud and pompous. They did not want insults. This was where the troubles started, what caused conflicts between Jesus and the Pharisees, Sadducees and scribes.

The Head: Just as these present and modern generations are doing. Even the ministers of God and their members. Whoever among them that comes in here in DivineBase Ministry, does not want to be given corrections. They want, as they come in here, to be praised and called righteous. That is why when you give them corrections, they become offended, leave this DivineBase Ministry and go to another place – another church, ministry or fellowship.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, if Jesus had come to do the will of man, Himself and all the Pharisees and Sadducees would have become one, in good terms, saying and doing the same things. Son of man, and you will then discover that the Pharisees and Sadducees are wise. Then, you will see that themselves are obedient. But, what Jesus was saying was not what they expected.

The Head: Even so it is in these present and modern generations. All the various religious leaders, pastors, reverend fathers, and their seniors and members are not ready to know or follow the way of the truth. But, they want to remain in the seat of power, in the way of truth the church, and be ruling the world. That is why they are deceivers, and they are noisemakers and hypocrites.

Oppositions

1.     Even in this end time, and at the end of the end time, people hated Him, Jesus Christ, reincarnated as Raphael Okechukwu Nweze, because He said that He saw God face to face, before more than forty (40) times, and now more than seventy (70) times.

2.     Such is the wickedness of humanity, and the worst sets are the Christians, born agains and believers, who are only busy deceiving themselves.

3.     From time to time, people sought to kill Him, made charms to make Him run mad, or use such charms to cause Him to have ghastly accidents on the way.

4.     Some will not greet Him, and others go about campaigning against Him. They take His name to various idols and shrines, and travel to distant places so that wicked native doctors harm Him.

5.     A  man played a video of Him being moved by anointing and was showing the video to the people, telling them that the man who saw God face to face was suffering from epilepsy in the video. What a wicked world. And just then, God Almighty thundered from His throne, saying that the man who committed this blasphemy shall go to hell fire.

6.     Others were busy plotting to eject Him from the little accommodation He uses for prayers and worship, when they should have built a golden temple for God Almighty, who has come down in their midst, to fight the end time battle for the salvation of humanity.

7.     Against His writings and publications, people added such bad comments as “Rubbish,” “Fake pastor,” “False prophets,” and so on. Very disrespectful, indeed.

8.     In all their plans and actions against Him, they failed.

9.     They were fighting against the Lord Almighty to their own deceit and detriment.

10.   And humanity failed to see the numerous demons and evil spirits that are waging deadly war and murder against them. Instead, they sold themselves into the hands of the evil spirits, by their bad conducts, including wearing all kinds of indecent dresses.

11.   People refuse to accept corrections, and failed to obey the end time messages and warnings from God. And many perished thereby, by their own foolishness and disobedience.

12.   People cannot visit the heavens because they are spiritually blind, ignorant and lazy. And because they did not study Spiritual Science.

13.   Man has developed all things, but failed to develop himself. He boasts of Computer Science, Physical Science, Chemical Science, Social Science, Political Science, etc, but has neglected the most important one, which is Spiritual Science.

14.   People failed to study Spiritual Science.

15.   That is why it is hard for them to see, recognize, understand and accept spiritual realities of life.

16.   The things of spirit are not what you can see with the ordinary eyes or understand with the ordinary senses of the body.

17.   Everybody has the spiritual eye, but majority do not know this fact and are not making necessary efforts to open their spiritual eye.

18.   Blessed is he whose spiritual eye is alive, open and functioning.

19.   Those who move about everyday, being guided by their physical eyes only, are indeed blind, even so without knowing it.

The Twelve Apostles Did Not Murmur

Many of his disciples, when they heard it, said, “This is a hard saying; who can listen to it?” But Jesus, knowing in himself that His disciples murmured at it, said to them, “Do you take offense at this? John 6:60,61

Correction

Many of the multitudes, when they heard it, said, “This is a hard saying; who can listen to it?” But Jesus, knowing in himself that His disciples were amazed at it, said to them, “Does this surprise you? John 6:60,61

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, what did themselves say here?

Son of man, it is not true.

The Head: Thanks be to God.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, sometimes, the bible authors did said that ourselves, The Twelve Apostles, murmured. Son of man, it was not true.

Son of man, it was true that Jesus was saying things, statements, that have deep meanings. It surprised us sometimes that we could not even open our mouth to speak.

What has made a person not to speak, can the person still talk?

The Head: No, my Lord.

Apostle Matthew: If somebody surprises you, will you be able to speak?

The Head: No, my Lord.

Apostle Matthew: You will be there looking and silent.

The Head: Yes, my Lord.

Apostle Matthew: Then, how come that they wrote that we spoke, we murmured?

Ourselves, The Twelve Apostles, did not speak. Ourselves were standing still there, looking at Jesus. We were thinking of what Jesus said. There was never a time we spoke out words. But, Jesus knew what was inside our hearts. We did not murmur – and we did not complain.

But Jesus, knowing in Himself that His disciples marvelled at it, said to them, John 6:61

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, the word spoken inside the heart, and the word spoken by the mouth, are they the same?

The Head: No.

Apostle Matthew: But, a word said inside the heart and the word spoken by the mouth, are the two words the same?

The Head: They are the same, but they are not the same. The two are one because it is what a person has thought in his heart that is what a person has said.

Apostle Matthew: Yes.

The Head: The reasons why the two are not the same is because what a person has thought in his heart is still something under planning, consideration. He may or may not carry it out. But, a word already spoken is something already prepared for and carried out.

Apostle Matthew: Yourself answered very well. That was what ourselves did, we thought of what Jesus said. But the bible authors said that ourselves murmured – we did not murmur.

If somebody closes his mouth, and is thinking about something, does it mean that the person has spoken?

The Head: No.

Apostle Matthew: But Jesus knew what our thoughts were. If the bible authors had said that Jesus knew what was inside our hearts, that is a separate and different thing. But the bible authors said that ourselves were there murmuring. That was not true. They wrote what was not true, and also wrote what was true. Jesus knew that we were speaking, thinking, in our hearts. But ourselves did not speak out. There is difference between speaking and murmuring.

The Head: Thanks be to God, who makes us to know the facts.

Nobody Said That Jesus Had A Demon

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, nobody sad that Jesus had a demon.

The Head: Thanks be to God.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, it is not true.

From where did the people knew about demons?

The Head: How they knew?

Apostle Matthew: Yes.

The Head: It showed that at the time, demons were troubling people, and themselves were seeing the demonic possessions and attacks, and they were seeing the evil works of the demons…

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, the FirstSon, Jesus Christ, was casting out demons.

The Head: Casting out various demons.

Apostle Matthew: So, how did they turn it round, to say that Jesus had a demon?

None of those people said something like that – none said that Jesus had a demon.

The Head: Thanks be to God.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, if they had said it with their mouth, the demons would have possessed them, by going into them. That is number 1.

Incapable To Arrest Jesus

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, why is it that at that time, after making several baskets, plans, to arrest Jesus, but when Jesus came in their midst, they could not do so?

The Head: It was because themselves do not have the power and authority to do so. The power and glory of God the Father overshadowed, overwhelmed, them. Again, the Angels were disorganizing their plans. Another point was that it was not yet time to do so. Even when the time came, they could not do so, unless they were allowed to do so.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, yourself answered very well.

Son of man, is any person able to arrest God Almighty?

The Head: Nobody.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, is any person able to arrest God the Father in heaven?

The Head: None.

Apostle Matthew: Does the son become greater than the Father?

The Head: No. Not even so in the least.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, it is impossible. Nobody is able to arrest God the Father. And nobody is able to crucify Jesus on the cross.

But, son of man, why was it possible to arrest and crucify Jesus?

The Head: It was possible because it has become necessary to use His blood to save the children of God, who believe in His salvation.

Apostle Matthew: That was why it was usually surprising to them, that Jesus did stood in their midst, from time to time, teaching various things, which teachings are true. It was when Himself was rounding off His work … that was when they were able to arrest and crucify Him.

Incapable

Did not Moses give you the law? Yet none of you keeps the law. Why do you seek to kill me?” The people answered, “Who is seeking to kill you?” John 7:19,20

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, “Who is seeking to kill you?”

Is it a question or a word?

The Head: It is a word. But they were saying it in the form of a question. It showed that their spirits were not close to Jesus, that the Holy Spirit was not in them. If the Holy Spirit were in them, they would not be saying all these bad, insulting and offensive words. If they had the Holy Spirit in them, they would be understanding what Jesus saying and rejoicing because of His words, which He was speaking to them.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, another point was that they were absent-minded. They were not knowledgeable, not wise.

The Head: Themselves did not know what they were saying.

Apostle Matthew: All right, observe. Themselves were looking for somebody to kill the person. And the person was standing before them, and they were asking the person, “Who wants to kill you?”

Why People Fear The Pharisees And Sadducees

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, why is it that people fear the Pharisees and Sadducees?

The Head: It is because leadership is in their hands, they are in the leadership positions. They control all, including the security and the army. That is why it is hard. They can easily conspire and maltreat somebody or give the order for somebody to be killed or arrested.

The Rejection Of Jesus At Nazareth

This incident happened after healing the demoniac man at Gerasene.

He went away from there and came to his own country; and his disciples followed him. And on the Sabbath he began to teach in the synagogue; and many who heard him were astonished, saying, “Where did this man get all this? What is the wisdom given to him? What mighty works are wrought by his hands! Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary and brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon, and are not His sisters here with us?” And they took offense at Him. And Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.” And He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid his hands upon a few sick people and healed them. And He marveled because of their unbelief. Mark 6:1-6

And he went about among the villages teaching. Mark 6:6
